We a small library doing big things in our community! But we could not do it without your support.

​Special message regarding the move and renovation: Our library is at the heart of a wonderful community. Since we have known we would need to move for the Town Hall renovation, we have received countless good wishes and offers to volunteer to help with the move. Your monetary donations are helping to take care of our moving expenses and all the unexpected expenses associated with that! We have almost doubled the average amount received from our annual appeal so far this year. We owe our community—You!—a huge thank you for all this help, and for your ongoing support which we are confident will result in an even stronger and more involved library in the future.

Donate Books or Things We Need
If you would like to donate books, here is a list of books we would love! They can be purchased directly from our local bookstore, The Vermont Book Shop in Middlebury, who will offer a 20% discount for any books purchased for the Salisbury Free Public Library.
Join our Board of Trustees
Support the Library in all the things we do by becoming a Trustee. We meet once a month to discuss our strategic goals and how best to support the Library. Our Board is friendly, supportive, and very well-read! If you are interested in joining our board, stop by or send us an
Volunteer
There are lots of ways to volunteer in a Library- and we will find something you like doing! We particularly need help with shelving, shelf reading and wrapping new children's books. If you are interested in volunteering, reach out by phone, stop by, or fill out the form below.
